This app left me without water supply as I was unable to complete the purchase despite 20+ attempts. The sales agent phone is switched off -. The land line is not down. This is how they manage sales. There is no chat support within the app. Run away from Nestle and their app. Terrible app and service

This app was developed by incompetent people who has never touched a modern smartphone . Ordering a 5-gal refill turns into a journey of terrible ux, weird plans and tones of dev bugs.
