This app left me without water supply as I was unable to complete the purchase despite 20+ attempts. The sales agent phone is switched off -. The land line is not down. This is how they manage sales. There is no chat support within the app. Run away from Nestle and their app. Terrible app and service

This app was developed by incompetent people who has never touched a modern smartphone . Ordering a 5-gal refill turns into a journey of terrible ux, weird plans and tones of dev bugs. Just to mention: none of my deliveries were shipped, customer support never replies. Do you really want me to StAy HyDrAtEd?

Worst app ever used. Slow, incorrect, constant errors, not synchronising with database. Ordered coupons two times, nothing was delivered. Why? Why huge company has such a poor application? Disaster

طلبت اوردر من الابليكيشن ووصلني تاكيد على الايميل لكن لم يتم توصيله في اليوم المحدد والمندوب ابلغني انه لم يبلغ به رغم تاكيد الايميل

It is very nice and easy application. Also the services provide by nestle are proficenal.

Very bad and unprofessional experience in everything I submitted the order more than one week ago and nothing delivered till now My account suddenly deactivated and i can not log in back No order delivered and i can not get my money back after i purchase for the order

On registration the mail address field not required But once the account created you won’t be able to login 👌🏻😂 Also it’s not responding to customer service click
