Awful app! Constantly logout authorization. for example today, I use skooter, the authorization logout!!! Yes, and I could not close the rent for an hour, as the phone of my country We do not work in Kuala Lumpur. Singapore was exactly the same situation. Horror. Whu made this app, you Do not you use your own sh🤬t ?

The scooter did - all of a sudden - not work anymore and was blocked. I had to carry it for more than 2 km to the next parking space. The temperature was 37 degrees. No help at all via service line, and above all only 15 % price reduction. Never ever again.

App does not show anything, only the start screen appears. I think it worked a few days ago, but not sure. I‘m using the app with a Swiss iTunes Account in Australia.

Mostly pretty streamline, needs to appeal more to broke people who can’t afford to buy one, incentives and ability to earn credit would be great, also haven’t fully explored app

Thought I would give the Neuron scooter a try and did the free trial which inferred the ride would be free. At 60 cents a minute (not told beforehand) is a bit much esp when a portion of that was attempting to adjust the helmet that requires unnecessary work. Avoid these scooters, it’s def a bit of a money grab and scam.

Had to drop the scooters back about as fee as r from where I wanted to go as started. Then wouldn’t stop time, and subsequently they took significantly more money out of my account. Would not use again- use an alternative
