Awful app! Constantly logout authorization. for example today, I use skooter, the authorization logout!!! Yes, and I could not close the rent for an hour, as the phone of my country We do not work in Kuala Lumpur. Singapore was exactly the same situation. Horror. According to screen, it requires the users to check the battery before accepting to use. However, I keep on pressing the power button is no response. So I change two another locations and still find the same problem. End up when I reach the third location which is a hotel, luckily the staff told me that was no need to check the battery with pressing the power button, I just need to start the trip directly so that I can unlock the scooter. After unlocking, I can check the battery at the same time. So it spends me time in walking and then taking bus to the other two places to search the available scooters :( though the experience is fun and good, but it wastes so much time for me to investigate how to check the battery before using!

I bought a single pass but received multiple charges because of a disguised auto renewal function. After discovering this I read the FAQ and found the information about cancelling the auto renewal was incorrect - there was no option for cancelling. Issue resolved only after contacting help. Besides the trouble I suspect this is actually criminal. If it was an attempt to generate extra revenue it backfired - will not use again. Scam operation.

Used the App 2 weeks ago for a 14.99 ride. Unsubscribed and deleted the app after seeing 3 more charges I hadn’t used, I actually wasn’t even in the same city. I have now been charged again since even though I deleted my card number off the app too

The app instructions do not zoom in, it was difficult to read small text. Otherwise good.
