Worst customer care service from 16216 I have ever experienced in BD.

While trying to login it showing error to download latest version though there is no update available in App Store. Worst banking app ever I use.

I have downloaded the NexusPay app few days ago. From then I’ve been trying to link my rocket account via this, but it’s matter of disgrace every time i try to link the account and submit it. The page gets stuck , the submission option works no longer. I earnestly request the DBBL authority to look upon this app and fix all the bugs. Thank you

The app DBBL made is worst than any other banking app. I dont understand how difficult to make a user friendly mobile app 🙄

After updating iOS 12, application totally unable to work like earlier. Specially once I close on the send money button. Application close automatically.

I am getting an error after login and if I click on the card to check any details or balance on my iPhone X OS 12. Even, if I click on card detail, it crushes and apps closes. Error is “An unexpected error seems to have occurred. Please try again. If you still encounter the problem, please contact us.” I have already emailed to customer care and called the call center. Please solve the issue ASAP. Thanks

Very useful. But at the recent time crushing on iOS 11.2.6 devices like iPhone X.

add rtgs system because for this rtgs system i make deposit to other bank if dbbl have rtgs my full deposit in my account

Dear responsible persons please add France country code for add OTP/SMS channel

This app is a hassle. If you somehow uninstall the app or want to move to another device you won’t be able to access your nexus. Which is so much annoying and frustrating. Fixed this problem DBBL
