Hog Hop: Endless Runner

Dec 2024. Glutton for punishment. Still doesn’t work. Purchased subscription but app didn’t recognise. Still told me to subscribe. Luckily got a refund from Apple. How is this app permitted?! Update June 2024. Reluctant to retry but little choice now Viaplay no longer shows NHL. However, couldn’t even log in. Still utter garbage and an embarrassment. I cancelled after one month (within three days actually!). Was unable to watch for rest of month that I paid for. Contacted support who were useless. Asked for a refund which was ignored and directed how to cancel, which I had already done. Thumbnails include pictures of the final score which makes the hide score feature useless and ruins the experience of watching the game on replay. Constantly signed out after highlights even in one sitting. Video break cuts in too early or late. Missed a goal on one occasion. Intermission is a video break card for entire time. Why not cut out the entire intermission instead?! Highlights menu scrolls horizontally - very odd design choice. Like others, sound of arena and commentators is a mixed bag. One game the sound didn’t match the video so you heard what happened before you saw it.

I have to re-enter my password every day, this is really poor. Update for the new season: I still have to enter my password every day 🤡🤡

As per title, every day a full sign in is needed. Very frustrating. Please fix to allow staying signed in.

I paid for my subscription via Apple as I was prompted but when I log in it says I need to subscribe to watch my game..when I click on subscribe it says I am already subscribed. So basically I cannot watch anything and my opening weekend has been totally ruined..I just can’t understand why they cannot get the little things right. It’s almost always a problem with the NHL.TV app and it shouldn’t be so difficult!!

Last season had no issues. This year I subscribed preseason, paid the money and the app said no subscriptions. Email support with screenshots of the issue and got told pasting to tech. A week later nothing heard and still the same issue. Emailed again and was told to be patient and it will be past to tech AGAIN. Another goes by without watching any games so emailed them again, no reply and I can’t even access my account. Now looking else where to get my NHL fix, avoid this app.

Subscribed to the app to get ready for the season. However, when I try to watch any of the games it tells me I need to subscribe. Go to click the subscribe button to which it tells me I’m already subscribed. Make that make sense? Never had any issues with the app with previous seasons. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, turning my phone off and on…nothing seems to work.

New season so subscribed to this. As soon as a tried watching one of the preseason games it came up I had to subscribe. So thinking that it hadn’t worked properly went to sub again but that was telling me that had already subbed. Tried watching on other devices and got the same on each one but funny thing was that each device had a different price plan. If this ever gets fixed and won’t be holding my breath on that the cheapest device to sub on was on a Roku tv. NHL keep saying they want to grow the sport but how can they do that when you can’t even watch the games

App is awful subscriptions don’t work

Purchased 1 month subscription, was ok for one day. It was ok in the morning but now I got logged out from the app and Im unable to log back in because it says that the email I registered with is not found.

Terrible app as soon as I purchased a monthly ticket the screen the loads and doesn’t even continue to the game then when I try again it tells me I have to subscribe again smh
