I downloaded and tried several times to register and it kept saying error and not letting me register to login so I deleted almost straight away as DONT have patience’s to keep trying to register to login I DONT RECOMMEND

Downloaded the app. Wouldn’t let me register. Stated I needed to contact them by ringing them. No thanks, uninstalled. Bye 👋🏻

App worked for a few weeks now just crashes every time I try to open it

Lushi777 is nuts. This is a great app and company. Scan shopping each week to earn points which you can then convert into gift cards. I’ve earnt loads and it’s easy. Again, ignore the insane ramblings of Lushi777.

The app is primative at the best of times but now keeps crashing/won’t let me open it. Tried to delete and reinstall but now my credentials won’t let me log in/have expired

I downloaded the app, they took away the handheld scanning equipment. Worked for a while then crashed, had to delete reinstall worked again for a few weeks, crashed and failed to load again - now got to reinstall again!!! And in between that I’m getting messages saying nothing scanned….should have kept the handheld scanners

It worked fine for a couple of months but now it won’t open at all! Emailed them but had no response…

This is a great app but I am fed up with it just shutting down. I will have it working no problem then all of a sudden when you try and open it, it shuts straight down. You can’t uninstall and re-install because you need new codes again. Has driven me bonkers.

I can’t open the app I’ve updated it and still no joy

Do not download this app. I’ve been unwell and lost my voice 10 weeks ago, and despite telling them multiple times that I can’t answer the phone and the reason why, I get constant phone calls, when they could send me an email instead. Then I receive an email saying my account is being deleted, then it gets reinstated when I explain, and then a week later I get another email saying I’m being deleted. This has no happened 3 times and I’ve lost count of the number of phone calls. Harassment and no compassion. Avoid.
