NielsenIQ Consumer Panel

App works fine for a few weeks then crashes and won’t let me open it - meaning I need to delete the app, reinstall and contact them for install key. Pretty frustrating! - up to my 4th time of reinstalling and won’t be continuing if it happens again

Today is the third time recently that I have had contact nielsen for a new installation key and re-download the app. It will work fine for a number of weeks, then all of a sudden, when I try and click into it, it won’t open. I end up having to delete it and contact nielsen, then wait for a new installation key to get back in. I love being part of the nielsen consumer panel, but if this keeps happening, I will be withdrawing from it. At least with other apps, you can just re-login if they glitch and you have to re-download them. Having to contact nielsen and then reinstall the app is just frustrating.

I can’t even open the app, it just opens and closes in less than a sec. This just started happening for the past week, I can’t enter my shopping due to this. Can this be looked at?

I seem to have frequent issues with this app crashing, today is just the latest, can’t get on to scan as the app won’t even open. We moved from having the physical scanner at home to using this app but it seems to be really buggy. Please sort out as I enjoy being a homescan panel member and have been for many years. But this makes it a lot harder to accurately scan our shopping in.

won’t allow me to put in the installation key

I can barely use this app as it constantly kicks me out and won’t let me scan. If I have to continuously download and get new login details fortnightly it isn’t worth continuing to participate

Would be a lot better if it didn’t keep freezing so I have to uninstall then reinstall

I downloaded and tried several times to register and it kept saying error and not letting me register to login so I deleted almost straight away as DONT have patience’s to keep trying to register to login I DONT RECOMMEND

Downloaded the app. Wouldn’t let me register. Stated I needed to contact them by ringing them. No thanks, uninstalled. Bye 👋🏻
