This is what I've been waiting since I got my first Cloud Frame. Now I can send photos to my frames at the click of a button. Well done!
I had an older Nixplay screen. It stopped working due to a software update that the company was not willing to install on my device. They gave me 50% discount for a new purchase. It is a really bad move and has a bad environmental impact! Anyway, my new screen works well. Could be easier to work with IOS from Apple as it does not sync directly with photos. Any questions I had were promptly answered by Joe, who gave me a great support for all my questions. Arnaud1234

Joe was super detailed as he was helping us with our frame. He wrote step by step instructions which we followed to a tee! And it worked! Thank you Joe!
Because of our dogs rough housing, our frame fell to the floor and quit working. Maris worked diligently with us and soon had us back up and running perfectly. We are not very computer savvy and he was incredibly patient. Amazing customer service!! Greg123
I hadn’t used my Nixplay frame for a couple of years. My account had beef archived. Using the support link/email I requested my account to be reactivated. Once it was restored the frame had a message it was related to another account. I emailed support and shorty later the issue was resolved by Joe. All I can say is great product and great support. I was having trouble with my Nixplay display properly and I contacted Martin via their chat app and he was so helpful! I’m not terribly computer literate, but he made it very clear with his directions and I was successful in correcting the problem! Great job!
Lou provided ongoing coaching by email to help get my frame back up and running. I was not sure it could be done by email, but Lou’s directions were detailed and clear. I was very unsure of myself, but she stayed with me throughout multiple steps and got the job done.
