Fantastic app
This is what I've been waiting since I got my first Cloud Frame. Now I can send photos to my frames at the click of a button. Well done!
Takes a while to setup as a gift. Support team was great!
I had bought this as a gift and wanted to set it up in advance. Unfortunately it was tough to preload and verify before gifting without the receiver setting up their Nix account! So if your receiver is not tech savvy, you might want to use an email that you can access to create a Nix account to setup. Support helped me via email to unpair the frame very quickly to set it up properly.

Sharing pictures with family
I bought my Nixplay frames in early 2017 or 2018 in the US and moved them to family abroad, one frame to Taiwan and the other one to the Swiss Alps. The mobile app is very user friendly; I never encountered any problems uploading pictures, setting up and activating a playlist. Tech support (Joe) is great. He promptly assisted me in syncing the display to the latest playlist changes. I would buy Nixplay frames again without any hesitation.
Impossible to create a playlist from uploaded album
Since the company has applied the new policies for the dynamic playlists (premium only), I thought I’d be able to deal with albums inside the app to organize my photos. In fact, it’s impossible to create a playlist from an already existing album in the app. So you can’t organize your photos…
Best gift ever. Going strong after many years
We use Nixplay to share family photos just taken instantly to two frames at our parents’ places. We’ve been doing this for going on a decade and it works great. My only gripe with the app I’d that you can’t share videos from the share sheet (you have to open the app for that) and every few months it logs out so you have to reopen the app to login again. Minor though, and the enjoyment our parents get out of their ever-current photo frames is fantastic.
Nix play
Das Prinzip ist gut, jedoch ist die Bildergrösse und die maximale Datenmenge beschränkt, ausser man bezahlt natürlich für mehr. Der Rahmen hat nach einem Jahr den Geist aufgegeben. In der App könnte man zwar den Account löschen, die App hängt sich jedoch nach der Bestätigung auf. Alles in allem zu viele Mängel.

The screen works perfect, even when the internet or wlan is down ! I can recommend the W13B device
