Laggy and Basic features don’t work
App response time is very slow. I am not able to see my Debit Card details. On clicking Bank tab, the Debit Card section shows Shimmer effect, and then it vanishes. Investment: Even though I have invested in Mutual Fund earlier, it still ask me to provide all the FKYC details. Why can’t you fetch it from CKYC? Also, the camera captures the photo without even notifying, resulting in KYC getting rejected. I have opened the savings account with Utkarsh Bank, opted for Platinum RuPay card, but still got a Classic RuPay. On asking the customer care, they told that Platinum RuPay is not launched yet. Then why are you advertising it? Very disappointing product.

Customer care service is very very poor And this bank have so many hidden charges . Very disappointing bahviour from bank

Very bad customer service and very rude service from the bank i dont like open account on these banks dont open your account total weast of time .
Fraud bank
They will deduct your unnecessary charges without any reason. If you credited some amount, they will deduct their charges without informing you, they will inform you after deduction and their charges are also very very heigh as comparisons to the another bank.

They will ask money to order a card then that card will be delivered to some other person and you account will be compromised.They did the exact something with me, don’t have have customer service were they actually talk with you ,so please don’t fall for this.
Nonsensically manipulative UI
Focus more on the core features and less on selling us nonsense which we won’t by anyway. Expense ratios in the mutual fund section need to be upfront. It should be the first thing someone looks at and not hidden inside some submenu of a sub menu which is very very unprofessional. Interest calculations for the savings account also need to be upfront. if you do not put your customer first, then we will easily go to the traditional players in the sector. Why should we stick to you if you are not concerned about us?
