Worst customer service ever . If the delivery career steal your package or something happens they won’t help you at all. Be careful
Favorite store
My go to store for everything. Great brands and excellent service.
Size
I’ve been trying to get UGGs and trade from every store, but they don’t have the size but they never restock for the size and my daughter has them for a long time and almost every store does not have the size for some reason
Classy
We Like shopping Nordstrom. Their Classy Clothes look amazing ... even more so on Sale. Oo-la la Mme
Orders
I placed an order for items that were labeled in the app to arrive before 12/23. The items didn’t arrive on time and when I arrived to the store to pickup, I was told my package was returned this morning. Apparently, Nordstrom has a five day pickup. This is fine except my order didn’t arrive prior to the holiday in the first place. Drove 30 minutes to pickup and they give you nothing for your time. Disappointing

typewriter does not pop up to enter the gift card #, and the option to take a photo of the gift does not open when I click it.
