Northshore Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center is the most efficient, professional, compassionate and caring health center I have ever experienced. I see Dr. Rodriquez who is excellent as a gynecologist oncologist and his team runs like a professional team of experts who have a common goal of treating you as they would have themselves be treated. Communication to you is outstanding and is a priority as they deliver top class medicine to you. You are not a number here, you are their very special patient.

Worst ever / everything worse than before.

Good service & doctors.

Easy to schedule appointments, find test results and communicate with my care team.

App crashed so many times while writing a message to my doctor that I had to spend over an hour eking out a few words before every crash. Each sentence probably took a good five minutes. Terrible. Really makes you feel unheard and wonder about the overall service quality of Northshore/Endeavor.

As a transplant patient I need labs done at certain intervals. I make an appointment and I get a notice that they scheduled in the afternoon when I need fasting labs 1st thing in the morning, which is why I’d scheduled the tests at 8:10am! The Doctor I See with NS is fabulous and I’ve seen her for years. Too bad no one can get their testing scheduled when they need them. The People are nice and friendly, and likely find patients frustrated and angry. It’s the system we have to use!!!!!!

Frustrating that Facial Recognition has stopped working for iPhone and iPad!
