VPN doesn’t stay on
This makes the internet get interrupted. A lot of money for not very much
Not Fast! Not Reliable!
Quite A horrible VPN actually. Severely slows down my system. Often recognized by websites so you cannot watch any foreign content. Often disconnects. Litters system with hidden content.
Consistently does not work
Use this infrequently and most of the time I go to use it it will not connect. Followed their tutorials but still no luck. Would not recommend.
Recently Norton VPN is not stable!
It takes long time to find VPN connection or failed!
Poor customer service
I have used Norton for more than 25 years and have decided to review with other companies due to extremely poor customer service. The contact number for Canada is not on service and I needed to go on a complaint website to get an update, which was very disappointing. Your AI SYSTEM SUCKS!
Won’t connect
Been using VPNs at work, this one never connects. Other VPNs connect and work as they’re expected to. Wasted my money on this.
