No English version in web. App redirect on site where can’t choose English version.

It says that number is incorrect although I tried to enter phone number in different forms (with country code and without it)

Impossible to give zero stars so it’s 1. Disgustingly horrible app. You made updates and now it’s even worse than what it was. Instead of simplifying it, you have managed to add additional irrelevant steps. Congratulations, you win an award for stupidity. 21st century and everything is worse. Not to mention I waited more than 24h for the activation of an eSIM. You should close shop.

This app is the result of many mergers and nothing works. It’s a travesty

It says it translates to English but hardly any of the pages do. They always switch back to Greek. Really poor app. Very disappointing, do not waste your time with it.

Pure junk. A waste of time.

The application doesn’t work since it launched ! I can’t pay my bills and the overall user experience is one of the worst I have ever seen. Make the app usable at least !!!

Since the resent update I can’t log in!

Το κομμάτι των τρόπων πληρωμής είναι πολύ πίσω. Έχει την επιλογή να αποθηκεύσει τα στοιχεία της κάρτας πληρωμής το οποίο δεν κάνει τίποτα… Λείπουν οι εναλλακτικές μέθοδοι πληρωμών (iris, PayPal, etc) καθώς και ρύθμιση πάγιας πληρωμής με κάρτα.

Άθλιο δίκτυο τόσο σε σταθερή όσο και σε κινητή. Σήμε δεν έχουμε ποτέ. Μας καλούν στο σταθερό και φαίνεται απεμεργοποιήμενος η εκτός λειτουργίας. Το Ίντερνετ πέφτει συνέχεια. Εξυπηρέτηση και τεχνική υποστήριξη ανύπαρκτη. Σίγουρα θα πάμε σε άλλο δίκτυο.
