The app needs to be updated to provide a "mute" option instead of having to stepdown the volume. The app itself has difficulty connecting to the hearing aid I use for my other ear. I have a brand new Resound hearing aid that I purchased because it's supposed to be the most compatible with the implant, but it regularly has difficulty connecting to the app. From what I can tell, I have the most up-to-date version of the app.

Please enable this app on Apple Vision Pro so CI users can stream audio to their CI processors via Bluetooth. It would be very useful in loud environments or quiet environments. Please…

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and since my update both my Cochlear implant and my regular hearing aid both of which are made for iPhone continue to lose pairing and have to be repaired. I hope they have an update either by iPhone or the Nucleus app that will help fix this.

Current version (12/8/2024) frequently fails randomly to connect with one of two cochlear implants; it can be either of the CIs. The immediate solution is to shut down/restart the iphone (16 pro), which is time consuming and annoying. I have downloaded updated app multiple times. Please correct this problem.

Hi! I have been checking regularly for a refresh that would fix some issues, and this recent release did just that. I use this app for both my Nucleus 7 and ReSound hearing aid. All is working now! Thank you very much!

Stuck on trying to connect to my implants for over 2 years now. Please fix this freaking app. It’s ridiculous. I spent thousand and thousand of dollars on implants.

This app is great when it actually connects. That is probably about 20% of the time. I know it’s not an issue with the phone/bluetooth because YouTube, Apple Music, etc. connect just fine to my CI.

This app is horrific. Doesn’t ever connect when I need it to. Please fix this
