I have used this app and Nuelife for 5 sessions and never had any issues. I love that I am fully in control and am walked through every step. The music selection for mood and moment is also outstanding. So happy I did this program instead of continuing the IV administration route. Wonderful company.

Still a scam. Wish I could rate less than 1 star. Don’t buy into this, hours of wasted time only for them to drop out randomly. Don’t fall for it

I am on my 11th out of 18th experience. I know some commentators are looking for a “profound experience”. Well, honey, that’s up to you! It’s not the size of the dose but your mentality towards it that conduces a profound experience. This treatment has helped my OCD and anxiety so much, especially after my 6th treatment. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind, understanding, and responsive. I am so grateful to this company and team for helping me get my brain back on track. I am by no means well off and paying for this did put me in a financial hole. But I was in the deepest mental hole of my life before this and I must say that the cost is absolutely worth the effects.

Satisfied with service but the app is unusable at this point. I cannot even report my experience in the app.

This company will not return emails or calls once you have made payment. It is potentially a scam and potential customers should be very cautious.

If you enter into a contract with financing, you’re stuck in a 12 month contract I decided to stop doing the program after about four months so I no longer use the services the meds or the consultations etc. yet I have eight more payments of way over $100 to pay even though I am not getting anything from it so I’m quite upset Paying for unused services. When budgets are tight it is straining my ability to bills. Can’t get an answer from the finance company or nue life. Very frustrating

I’ve been using Nue life since last year, no issues with each update. This new one though, it just keeps loading icons going but nothing ever pops up. Can’t send msg or view anything, can’t set up my next session, can’t record mood, can’t see appt coming up, nothing. It’s not my phone because everything else is working fine. The app is the only thing not working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted phone, but still nothing. :( disappointed to say the least. Hoping it gets fixed before my next session

Scheduled a discovery call with Brandon. He sent multiple confirmation emails and never called. I emailed no response. Update: he did eventually call 30min after our scheduled time. I missed it as I was headed to work.

When using the app during the ketamine treatment, it guides you through picking music to listen to, the tricky part is, the controls for the player are on the main screen, not within the pop-up for the experience, so the music won’t pause properly and you have to exit the experience to stop it, then re-enter to choose other music. Also there is no auto-correct in the in-app chat, which isn’t a huge deal but it shows me how bad I am at typing and makes using the in app frustrating. Also the group sessions are all on east coast timing. There wasn’t anything after work for west coasters. Again, nbd, but I’ll have to miss sessions because I have to work normal hours. Thank you!

I’ve used this app while I wait for my medical consult. When you call to set it up, you can get pre approved but they don’t tell you the later medical consult (which I couldn’t schedule for two weeks out PLUS you have to pay prior to even talking to the doctor, who might not approve you. The fee for that alone is $250. I wasn’t told this price but had to pay 1/3 ($1000) before you can access the app, which is where you learn the fee is non refundable. Since I haven’t had my consult, I’m probably going to cancel. The app itself is not user friendly, it cuts off, and you get A LOT of notifications to complete stuff on there I can never find. Plus, I don’t need all the music and meditations you have to complete before even going through the consult. All I need is the medication. I have a therapist and free psychiatric therapy through insurance. I don’t like the meditations or music. All these features are built into the entire fee, which is $3000 for six months. I’ve had one ketamine treatment locally that didn’t work because I’m on diazepam (it blocks ketamine). I either have to stop taking it two days before or taper way down, difficult since I’ve been taking for 12+ years for epilepsy. The app and website tell you benzodiazepines don’t affect ketamine. Not true! Search further and you’ll see the information. The Mindbloom app states this up front. Trying to navigate the app is almost impossible since the pages cut off and no directions are there. I can’t recommend at this time but will update my review if I decide to move forward. UPDATE: I didn’t go through the process because I needed treatment quickly and there really is too much extra integration built into the price. I went to a local clinic and had six IV infusions for around $400/treatment. The customer service at Nue Life was great. If you decide to try mail order, they are easy to work with. Since I hadn’t done the consult yet, I got a full refund. Compared to the price for IV or IM, six months is a good deal (if the dose is correct). I would happily try this company for follow up care if not for the consult price. Both my therapist and psychiatrist have approved me for ketamine so I’m not willing to pay $250 for another consult. I also would want to pick just what I need, not a total package. I will say that everyone I spoke to there was helpful and friendly. Great customer service.
