NuFACE®

Everything worked fine until I updated the app. Now the app will not see my mini+. The phone is connected via Bluetooth, but the app still says it cannot connect.

The recent app update has rendered the app useless. Have deleted app and reinstalled, no change.

The latest update to the app has broken the connection to Bluetooth. I can see that my device is connected to Bluetooth but the app can’t connect. Please fix this so I can use all of the features of my device with the app!

I’m not happy about the new update in not letting me use my NuFACE

After the update, device does not connect. So disappointing.

This is the worst app. Bluetooth does not connect. My device battery drained from wasting time trying to connect to the app. We shouldn’t have connect the device to the app in order to see demonstrations on how to use the device, especially after pay $500+ for this device and attachments.

When I first received my device, I was so excited…I connected to the Bluetooth right away…. a couple days later I sat down to enjoy my device and it took me about 40 minutes to an hour to connect to Bluetooth. I was so tired by then that I didn’t even really want to use the device! I did everything under the sun to connect to Bluetooth… turned my cell on and off, updated app. took the app off etc!!! I even made sure that I have no other Bluetooth device insight and still no connection… Finally they sent me another device, of course sent the old one back… Guess what?? cannot connect to Bluetooth. I just don’t understand. It’s very frustrating!!!!

I uninstalled app and restarted my iPhone. Still crashes upon opening. Unworkable! I emailed Nuface and am waiting for a response!

Sent email to the support but never get any response. I did everything that they recommended from Google( turn on and off my phone, device, deleted app) Noting help. Pls do something that make us use this device easier!!
