I haven’t been able to log in and I have contacted support multiple times and they have been no help

The app has been glitchy at best and for the past few weeks it will not let me log in saying WAF block. I’ve sent an email to support and have no heard anything back. Is this company even still running cause I haven’t seen them update social media in awhile. Plz fix

App sounds great but it’s so glitchy I can’t even sign up.

i wanted to try this app after seeing reviews on tiktok but it won’t even allow me to make an account! It asks “What’s your discipline? Choose one” and there’s no options on the screen, no buttons to press. Guess no more new users allowed.

I’ve used this app since it launched and it’s consistently getting worse. I’m unable to log into the app at all at this point. It keeps saying “request not allowed due to WAF block.” I sent an email to app support and never received a response.

Love the concept hate that there’s nothing for RTs or allied health professional would like to see travel contracts for RT’s and beable to utilize it. I love using it to keep track of finances.

I love the ability to see a forecast of how much I take home but it’s very glitchy. For instance, I update the shift start times but it keeps going back to the default options making it show my night shifts as day shift icons.

Love this concept but please add options for subtracting things like 30min LUNCHES, also health insurance, FSA, etc.! Also can't tell if it's taking out state specific taxes from my take home estimate... Lastly adding option for adding our own custom-named differential? Currently using a random differential to track the incentive pay for shifts I pick up...

This app does not work. I try to update my money vitals, and it doesn’t reflect to my shifts. I try to connect my nursegrid calendar, and it doesn’t sync. Useless app.

I used to love this app. But recently has gone very downhill. Whenever I try to use the app it just stays on a blank white screen. Very disappointed.
