I used to love this app. But recently has gone very downhill. Whenever I try to use the app it just stays on a blank white screen. Very disappointed.

In theory; it’s great. In reality, it makes many errors calculating my pay. I’ve stopped using it. It’s also very silly that it can’t handle decimals. A lot of us work 12.5 hours.

I wasted so much time inputting my shifts for the next 6 weeks only for the app to force me to log back in. When I did, all of my shifts disappeared. This app is trash.

App will not calculate take home pay based on what you input. The survey pops up every time I try to use the app and no matter how many times I fill it out, the pop up still comes back. From other reviews, this has been going on for a few months for users. I’ve emailed the company and reached out on social media apps to see if they can fix it with no response.

After the new update it will not let me get past the specialty screen. I decided to delete it since Im unable to use the app. When it worked I did enjoy the features.

This app has the potential to be amazing, but it is so glitchy. I did the entire process of putting in my pay, doing the survey, entering all of my shifts, and the app just keeps saying “Oops it looks like something didn’t calculate correctly in our end”, and directs me to retake the survey. I have redone the survey numerous times, deleted and reopen my account, contacted customer support, who said to do the same thing, and even tried using a different email as a new account. Regardless, it always does the same thing and can’t calculate any values. After weeks of trying, it’s infuriating because this app could be great and so useful with some repairs and changes to features (I.e. ability to edit the investments and debts rather than autopopulating). Hopefully something gets done to fix this and make the app usable.

Literally havent been able to use this app because a pop up appears and despite completing it, it wont load or disappear. So annoying.

Great concept but I’m having difficulty connecting my nursewallet to my nursegrid. Right now I can only use nursewallet by manually entering shifts. Inconvenient but will keep trying to get it to work

I downloaded it because I saw it on TikTok and I thought it seemed cool and useful…it wont even let me log in.

It’s a great app, but sometimes nurses work multiple jobs and PRN jobs as well and we are unable to add this into the calculations. I find it difficult to use this app.
