The workers are usually young don’t talk or help on what you should do or barely give you any advice it’s like a suicide mission to open and do everything on your own with a credit union that is barely known, and the cards have very high fraud risk it is not worth it to me to use this credit union due to the fact my card info has been stolen and used and i’ve had to replace it twice within the first 6 months. hire better people

Poor app

This new version is awful. There is a glitch that often makes me have to sign in twice. I can’t see the total for all of my accounts like the old app used to show. It is visually unappealing. It does not show the names of pending transactions like it used to. Mobile deposits are not easy to do. Transfers to other members are also not as easy. Ridiculous update. The old version was much better and had no issues. Almost makes me want to switch banks and I’ve been a member since 2003.

I get to the page to print or save and the share button does not bring up the menu todo anything.

Before the update, it didn't have many features and worked well. After the new version it became impossible to work well. If you don't have access to a computer, you won't be able to do anything with your bank account via the app.

I’ve been using the mobile deposit feature for years and never had a problem, since the new update it is by far the worst mobile banking experience I’ve ever had.

Thanks for the update it’s working great for us. After being a member for over 50 years I know the NSFCU always has my best intrest at heart.

It’s nice to be able to see balances when you open it but the format is harder to use than before.

Mobile deposits with the new app or next to impossible. It’s like Nutmeg doesn’t want me to continue banking with them. I hope they improve and simplify the process or I will be looking for a new bank.

Your new version of this app is awful. All my credentials were not saved from the previous version, and I have now been locked out and had to reset the account twice in the same day because the app won’t save my info, and only recognizes my new password one time it seems. Fix this broken update that nobody wanted or needed. And hire a new graphic designer while you’re at it, you’ve cheapened your app immensely
