Could not scan passport. Entered passport details manually after three attempts at scanning. Over all it was easy to enter information.

I found the exercise of filling out this declaration to be awkward, not presented in a logical manner and not user friendly. I suggest you outsource the job of redesigning the form to make it user friendly to a company that is experienced and has a good track record of designing user friendly digital forms.

Easy and straightforward to use.

This app was easy to find and easy to use. The questions were straightforward, and I was able to answer all of them with a simple YES or NO.It’s very convenient to be able to complete this form in the comfort of my own home, rather than on an airplane after 20 hours of travel.

Would be helpful to have options for transiting through New Zealand - many of the questions are confusing if you are not leaving the airport.

Poor design and difficulty with accessing the done button.

Informative. Works well

This is a great app that stores your basic info and allows you to quickly review where you have been and what activities you have done to speed up the declaration process. No fussing with paperwork when you get back into NZ.

The NZ traveller declaration app is really good. Easy to use and super efficient at border control. Well done NZ for being steps ahead of our Australian cousins who are still using paper declarations!

Very simple to use and way more convenient. No need to fumble around for a pen or glasses either
