Oak helps you decompress by transforming your meditation practice from an experiment into a habit. We support you from your first session to your 500th, with mindful, loving-kindness, and sleep meditations as well as unguided sessions and breathing exercises. WHAT'S INCLUDED:

- Options include Box Breathing, Deep Calm, and Awake sessions
- Animated instruction removes the guesswork
Sleep
- Guided breathing exercises help relax your mind as you drift off to sleep
- Choose silence or gentle background sounds to play during and after your session
Meditation Timer
- For unguided meditation, set your custom mediation duration, background sounds (or silence), and interval chimes
Progress Tracking
- Oak tracks the number of minutes/hours you’ve meditated, mindful breaths you’ve taken, and the number of meditation/breathing sessions you’ve accomplished, as well as any consecutive streaks
- Discover new accomplishment badges the more you breathe and meditate with us
- The power of community: Monitor the number of Oak members mindfully breathing and meditating in real time
- Oak supports Apple HealthKit for tracking “mindful minutes” with the Health app (optional).

Great app, missing something still!
It is a great app with easy and customizable meditations. I wish there was Apple Watch support! Please add it!
Best one
Well this app is a leader if you are looking for an app just for meditation. Without all those whistles and bells all other apps have to maintain to sell you a subscription. It has guided and non-guided meditation, breathing exercises and mantra meditation course. It’s more than enough for a beginner and can be used by pros as a timer with chime sound and background noise when needed. I’d love to see at least few updates a year and a donation button to support those updates. Thank you for keeping all your apps subscription free. Much appreciated.
Zero Current Strike ERROR
Wrote to a support almost a week ago and still no answer, though I send additional email to them every day. For years they didn’t solve a problem that if your network connection was lost than your current strike becomes zero, regardless that you did meditate that day.
Oops :(

Best meditation app ever
A month ago I found this app for starting my meditation practice and I am in love. It can be customized according to your goals and preferences, it has various of great features, user-friendly and very intuitive in use. Also it keeps your records and motivates you. With inspirational quotes sent to me at the timing I scheduled. There is no better application for achieving the mindfulness meditation goals. Last week started the breathing techniques here as well and enjoying it daily now. Thanks to the whole team behind this app!
Best minimalistic meditation app ever
Oak is my favourite meditation app. It’s very gentle, touching, and simply perfect in any way I can think of. I like it very much and for meditating I only use it. The only thing that would make this app even better than it is is an opportunity to just add another meditation sessions that you do without any apps but still want to check them in and keep track of all meditation sessions you do. Thank you so very much for such an amazing app!
