Watch your payments
So I’ve ordered quite a few taxis recently through the app and paid their recommended price it would cost for the trip up front via Apple Pay. I’ve noticed that if the trip costs less than what they say on the app…you don’t get refunded the difference but if the trip costs more you do. I’ve also noticed that if you prebook a taxi on the app and again pay up front, then cancel the trip over the app because you no longer need it…again you will not get refunded… If you are using this app to book a taxi, best thing to do is pay cash in the taxi, because if people are not paying attention to their bills they are getting ripped off! I’ve given this app 2 stars simply because of how easy it is to get a taxi and shows you updates on where they are
