The app itself is pretty slow and nasty. I guess many users would love to see a new design and improved quality. I have apps of different banks and they don't have these issues. Please, do work on these points: - make a version for iPhone 6 and 7 screens - improve the processes inside it to make it way faster - implement use of Touch ID - fix the balance, sometimes it doesn't update at all

I tried to conduct online purchases using my laptop/ web browser and OCBC credit cards for the past 2 weeks and I did not manage to receive push notifications at all from my iPhone. When I switch to using other credit cards, I received the push notifications on my phone immediately and my transactions went on smoothly without any issue. OCBC Apps certainly need major improvement to remain competitive. I can log into the apps but cannot confirm my transactions as there is no outlet or notification at all.

Every action lags. Takes 1-2 seconds before it starts reacting. Weird customer experience.

REMOVE THE RED DOT AFTER USER READ MESSAGES INSIDE

My main complain has always been how quickly I can scan a QR code at point of sales to not hold up queue. I still see room for improvement and it can be much faster than it is today
