I am reading the reviews on here and must be experiencing a different app. It is clunky with poor functionality and so far it hasn’t been able to start a charge in the app on any EV charging point I’ve tried to use. To give an example, the app sends you receipts for charges which according to the app never started because “the electrons are still firing” - developers have focused on styling an app consistent with the juvenile branding that octopus energy has rather than using the opportunity to provide a substantial app.
Great in Spain!
None of the Spanish apps work properly for Brits and I would have found it almost impossible on holiday if I didn’t have this app!

Top service and excellent charging assistance
The service support team is excellent. I had some account issues which John resolved brilliantly. Top support from him. Charging with the RFID is generally easy. Highly recommended
Generally OK
Works well 80% of the time, however it really struggles with ubitricity/shell recharge lamppost charging in London - sometimes it just won’t work at all.
Best Car Charging App
Having tried a few apps over the past 2 years since getting an EV this is simply the best app.
It’s easy to use and love that the charge can be passed on to your Octopus energy bill.
The customer service is absolutely top notch. Replies to emails are really fast and the guys are so good.
Electroverse & Octopus are by far the best for service. Really leave the others far behind.

Charger network is very big! aps help choice the best option and wirk with other maps : google, apple,.. If you use Octopus energy is much more chiper and easier. I finish use other charging apps!!!
Update: it’s working now! Impossible to create account
I tried 10 times, impossible to create an account. No help.
App will not open
Opens with splash screen asking to choose which account but no account shows and impossible to close or move on
App update even spoiled the previous one
Update not working from 3 days. Please have a look.
