Slechte service
Slechte service, slechte app. Wachtwoord werk niet. Als je inloggegevens vergeten doe, werk dat niet ook. Als je klantenservice contact wil doen, je moet meer dan 1 uur wachten Je moet jouw werk better doen. Alas niet 0 stars mogelijk is
Badly tested app
Hi, the app simply stops working when switching to English. Do you test them there?

Forced relogin after app update... OMG! 2019 and testers can’t check basic things...

The worst app I have ever used. Doesn’t work to login by phone number, by email, anything you do - it doesn’t work!!!
No English !!!
It is too strange not see any support of English language ... Even on web site!!! Correct it! Pls
Slechte - wat zeg ik - zeer slechte klantenservice.
Je kunt niet mailen. Alleen maar een online lijst met meest gestelde vragen bekijken. Dan mag je bellen en zoals gebruikelijk krijg je te horen dat het erg druk is. Dan vertel je je probleem en krijg geen correcte hulp. Zo ben je weer telefoontjes en daarmee uren verder, en nog niks opgeschoten.
Irritante smsjes
Het is gewoon SPAM die smsjes over prepaid spellen of whatever. Super irritant, omslachtig om af te melden 👎🏼
