Paid but things don’t work
I deleted my account and tried to create new account because of the following reasons and I can’t create my new account because the app said that I’m under 18 years old but I’m 37 years old I delete my account and tried to create my new account because the app doesn’t allow me to disable incognito mode The app also doesn’t allow me to successfully send intro to anyone I liked and so I think all people that I liked can’t see that I liked them So in conclusion I get no benefit from the premium purchase and incognito purchase When I purchased boost no one can see my profile so I also get nothing from purchasing boost I delete the app restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but it doesn’t help I also tried the website version but it also doesn’t help I delete my account to create new account and hopefully I can get out of incognito mode and hopefully people can see that I liked them The problem is with new accounts I have to pay for premium again and I also get no benefit from purchases for the old account This is not fair And the most important thing is I can’t create my new account because the app said that I’m under 18 years old but I’m 37 years old I have already contacted customer service about all of these but don’t know if they can help me

OkCupid used to be my go-to dating app, allowing me to connect with amazing people from all over the world. I appreciated how it encouraged users to fill out longer bios, making it easier to focus on personalities rather than just swiping based on photos. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a lot of changes that have made the app less enjoyable. I’ve reported the issues to customer support, but I no longer see the same diversity in users, it’s now limited to just a few countries. The app also keeps sending the same notifications, even after passing on matches, and things haven’t improved after creating a new account. So, I’ve decided to move on and say goodbye to OkCupid for good. While my feedback might not make a huge difference, at least I’ve shared my experience.
Fix it ! I always got logged out and always being asked to Join again !
I like the app but it’s always glitchin ! What’s goin on ??!!
Worst app so far
I’m like 21 and it still said to me I’m under 18 what a jerk 🙄 I’m not going to send any of my id card it’s my personal information and I feels very unsafe
