My card was not validated. Maybe because card issued by UAE bank - ENBD but I never had any problem with this card before. Would be good if Apple Pay option was added.

Terrible quality of knowledge the city from taxi drivers! They can’t reach even simple locations, they don’t want using any map/navigators, because they thinking that know city as a 5fingers. In the and time of pick up always extending in 2-3 times! Even when you showing them short cut , they arguing with you! Worth service, what I had!! More then one year I living in Muscat, and this problem never changing! Please, company, make a courses for your drivers! Muscat it’s not Moscow or London. Here from up to down 30minutes and you will cover whole city. It’s shame, that they don’t know 90% of locations in the city!!

Хорошее такси. Переживали перед приездом, но все ок. Новые машины у них, водители порядочные - прекрасный сервис.

Супер приложение - советую когда едете в Оман. Приятные водители и хорошие цены

В ноябре 2019 был в Омане, активно юзал это приложение. Цена отображается в приложении, никаких торгов с водителем. Намного выгоднее (часто вдвое), чем ловить на улице. Машины доступны практически везде по всей стране. Отзывчивый саппорт. Видно, что стараются. Из минусов, что привязка карты не работает, только кэш. Из аэропорта заказать не удасться, какая-то местная особенность. В аэропорт — пожалуйста.

Drivers cancel the orders. Useless application

Gone to Muscat for a business trip. Thanks to this app was really easy to move around Muscat without issues. Just tell the app where you are and where to go and wait for a driver to ask to your request. The gps show you real time driver position and timings. It’s quite precise. The only thing I must admit will be good to have in the app is a way to contact driver using chat or some form of vocal messages, as the customer maybe doesn’t have access to a roaming phone or an omani phone sim card, so every attempt from the driver to contact the customer may fail.
