Broken app, broken heart, uncharged vehicle
After painfully registering, relogging in, failing to scan credit card and eventually relogging in yet again and and trying to start charging, the app just threw its hands up in the air and said that it couldnt start charging - try again later. But the charging post didn’t even let go of the charging cable. Contacting support didnt give contact to a human, so it felt like I was stranded. Ugh.
