OneCart: Shopping On Demand

Appears to ignore the “ask app not to track” option. Opened it for the very first time after download, selected “ask app not to track” and then a list of everything I’d recently ordered from Woolies appeared. Privacy fail.

What an awesome, simple service! Ordered from abroad and the WhatsApp communication with the shopper made everything easy.

Don’t get me wrong, the interface of the app itself is great, as well as the range of products. But that’s about it. I made an order on the 5th of May, for delivery on the 14th. It did not arrive, had not even been properly processed until the 15th. And then half of the items I ordered IN ADVANCE were not in stock. Highly disappointed.

Food was delivered as requested and we were kept informed right up until the delivery was made. Was very impressed as I ordered in the USA and it was delivered in South Africa

I ordered from one cart. They sold me items which was out of stock. They refunded me to my one cart wallet and I had to request online to get the refund to my bank account online. My one cart wallet is now zero and I have not received the funds in my bank account. They did not email me with proof of the bank withdrawal request so there is now no paper trail and I’m waiting when I will receive my funds. Don’t take money if you can’t fulfil the order or at least make the refund seamless and automatically via same process as purchase. This process is broken and does not work and now it’s my problem to try and get my money back.

Customer service is clueless and can’t assist, my order wasn’t delivered , after being dispatched.My money wasn’t refunded and after numerous contact, customer service failed to solve the matter and was instructed to read their T&Cs.

Most of the time they will contact you to say there is no stock and when there is stock they won’t deliver! I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for delivery! Do not waste your time

It’s been a month now.I’ve been waiting for my refund but nah,nothing. Their service is fine but due to my delayed refund,I give them a thumbs down.

You get the wrong stuff, and they don’t take responsibility. They don’t even reply.

The more I use the app the more I’m getting frustrated!!! I booked delivery for 2h00 and they delivered @11h40. Why do we have options to place order for different time slots if they don’t adhere to them? App coupons also don’t work! You go back and when you come back the coupon doesn’t apply!
