- All connected Altherma Heat Pump and Altherma Gas Boiler units.
- All connected air conditioning units
The ONECTA application can, from any place at any time, control and monitor the status of your heating system and allows you to (*):
Monitor:
- The status of your system:
> Room temperature
> Requested room temperature
> Operation mode
> Fan speed
> Requested domestic hot water tank temperature
> …
- Energy consumption graphs (day, week, month)
Control:
- Operation mode
- Change the requested room temperature
- Change the requested domestic hot water temperature
- Powerful mode (fast heating domestic hot water)
Schedule:
- Schedule the room temperature and operation modes
- Schedule the heating of the domestic hot water tank
- AC Demand control to reduce power consumption during certain moments of the day.
- Enable holiday mode
Voice control:
- Voice control through Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
- To use these features, you need a smart speaker compatible with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
- You can also use the Amazon voice or Google Assistant apps and use these features on your mobile.
- Supported commands: On/Off, Set/Get room temperature, Increase/Decrease temperature, Set operation mode, …
- Supported languages: English, German, French, Spanish & Italian.
- Extra languages (Google only): Danish, Dutch, Norwegian & Swedish

App experience is a true Disapointmet
We bought 4 Daikin Perfera floor units and we spent good amount of money for the wifi feature which is a true night mare. Every time we try to set the fan mode, temperature and cold/hot modes and turn on the AC via the app its causing 10 to 15 minutes for the app to be synced with the true settings on the units. If you are close to the unit you see that the AC is turned on and configured with the desired settings you already put via the app, but if you check the user interface of the app you will see your unit still turned off with the old settings you already changed. Very buggy app. Next time I will go with Mitsubishi..

Not recommending it to friends
I am not recommending Daikin to my friends that will buu air conditioning units as I am so disappointed and frustrated with the fact that even after the last update of the application I still don’t have the function Powerful mode showing in it. My air conditioners have the functionality , the remove control has special button dedicated for it , but not in the app. I have written multiple emails to the support team - 0 response, so bad customer service experience!

When the app works - it's great
The app logs me out _every_ time. It frustrating when you want to change the temperature, but instead you have to click 5 buttons to "Get Started", then login again and again and again. I hate it. Otherwise, then you're logged in - it's great.
Constant crashing
After upgrading to ios 15 the app keeps crashing. As soon as I open it, it shows the connected devices and 3 seconds later crashes.
Cloud issues are now fixed
Today 07.10.2023 I was able to connect my wifi and module. The problem is clearly gone. thanks!!! 🙂
Monitoring
It will be better to show the water presure of the system in the aplication.

my device is constantly offline no longer working what the hell is going on for a whole month now this is not normal 🤦♂️
