OneFit

If there is a network of gyms or yoga studios within city or cities with the same name - they are all considered as 1 location (?!?). So you cannot go to any of them more then 4 times a month if u attended 4 classes only in one of them. If you don’t check in you get a 10€ fine. There’s no info on that when you register and pay or book the class. Interface is not very thought through and sometimes hard to navigate. If on the map you choose a studio and it’s a network of studios, then you see timetable for all of them. Cannot see the one you chose. Can pre book only 6 classes. Most of gyms are booked 3 weeks before hand thought so you can never get to a place you want cause the app doesn’t allow it. Overall I am a little disappointed and expected a lot more.

The app does not work. I can't sign up for practice. I lost 60€

Regular gym submission are boring! Finally with OneFit I got what I was looking for! So many classes available that’s impossible get bored of it. Such a competitive price considering how expensive could be a yoga/pilates/spinning studio membership. And also not sport related activities which you can attend with your OneFit buddy for a different experience. If you didn’t try it yet don’t wait longer !

Very useful app if you want to do fitness and workouts on different disciplines, from yoga, to cross fit, boxing, dance (even pole dance!), swimming and much more. Also I discovered so many new fitness places I didn’t know before. Love it ❤️

I've already been using it for some weeks and I love the variety of places and lessons it offers. I would recommend to read carefully the terms and conditions before taking it; I did and so far so good!

I paused my subscription 5 months ago and this month without me doing anything, OneFit renewed my subscription and withdrew money from my bank account. I didn’t ask for it but ok. So I go to book my first class and both CTAs are not working on the class page. Can’t book anything, isn’t it great? Take money without asking and then make sure people can’t even use this money. Disappointed

I live in Amsterdam and when i look through the classes it shows me the classes happening 45 kms away even though i carefully selected to show closer ones

A few weeks ago bookings stopped showing in my calendar. I installed the new update and it still doesn’t work. I tried adding an existing booking and OneFit prompted me to give it access to my calendar. Which I have - but only partly. OneFit only has access to add bookings to my calendar, but not full access. It seems the app is reading this partial access as no access. Not sure why this only started being a problem recently? It worked fine until a few weeks ago. I emailed them as well and it’s not clear why full access is required all of a sudden.

Since last update cant synch with calendar iphone. No way to change in settings

I upgraded my subscription, but I had to wait 4 weeks before I can take more lessons. They even charged me the full amount before I was able to book lessons. This is terrible service, upgrading should never never never be this difficult. Please fix your app,
