The app has self detect functionality for rides and let’s you then select whether you were the one driving. It malfunctioned and automatically added rides against me when I wasn’t behind the wheel (overriding the logical flow of how rude ownership was to be confirmed). All this, so they could avoid paying me the cashback amount. No integrity!

I like my insurance but if I need to check anything I have to use the website because the app hasn’t worked since I downloaded it. Always says there is a connection error despite my phone being properly connected to working wifi. I’m sure it’s a fine app when it works but there are some bugs that need fixing for sure.

I’m driving Standard car every time I shift the gear from spot to different spot the application considered as breaking which affect my driving score.

The app has tracked almost none of my drives. Their support is useless too. I emailed them twice in 9 days and never heard back from them

Fantastic concept, it’s just too bad that the app is so buggy. Badges don’t update, some trips aren’t logged, banners reappear after being cancelled , rating score is often blank. I use the app only and I am not a customer of their insurance product and I can only say that there is no way that I would become a customer until they work out the many bugs! I am writing again to amend my review… Although the above description was my original experience, the app has gone through many upgrades and improvements and is now much more stable and reliable. And, it is super nice to get rewarded for your safe driving!

This app and the “Sense” feature can be frustrating. On a number of occasions I click the red X on trips when I’m the passenger. However the app still keeps these trips and it brings down my score because “I’m distracted”. Obviously I’m distracted and on my phone because I’m not driving! I wish there was an easier way (and way that worked consistently) to tell the app whether you’re driving or not.

Even though I wasn’t the driver , when I click decline on a trip , when I close and open the app again , it has accepted instead of decline that trip
