Worst app experience i want to add address but not able to add because pincode box disabled and without this address is incomplete. And hav’t any other way to add . Told your developer and QA before release your app do it proper testing at least.

Very difficult to understand even customer service there is no number to contact.
Poor customer service
I took a corporate membership of cult.fit through their platform. But mid way I had to switch cities and these guys don’t have a provision to transfer my membership. On top of that their customer service is not helpful.
Bad service will never ever recommend Onsurity.
They don’t have average medical professionals. Will approve claims and post surgeries they will deny it for any stupid reasons. Don’t trust them. Bad customer support, they rejected my claim saying I was rude when my 7 years old child was hospitalised.
Held up for more than 8 hours
Had been waiting for discharge from 1pm. But the insurance provider which Onsurity has tied up with kept asking for query after query to the hospital insurance desk. For each query there is a wait period of 2-4 hours and still not approved. When Onsurity Helpdesk guy spoke he was helpless as the insurance company hasn’t approved yet. For a corporate insurance agency this is the worst experience I have ever gone through. Onsurity please take note of this and not let such hindrances affect other corporates. P.S thanks to Madhu who has handled my anger and has tried all possible ways to help me out.
Worst service
Their service is terrible. I mailed them on 28 March asking to avail additional service. Since then, I have been getting the same reply saying their team will get back to me. It’s been a month now. They are least interested in their customers. Such a pathetic service.

Buggy app
I added one full body checkup test, went back.
Now I see my cart as empty and I can’t add the test back.

So many bugs in this app . I tried 3 time to my health check up its not working properly also some test have need to fasting but they showing no fasting required….. very disappointed
Worst customer service!
I pre-booked an appointment for the health checkup, for 8th December on 7th from the app. The appointment was booked and the money was deducted. But didn’t got any confirmation for the test. Waited till the time of the appointment and nobody turned up and no responses till date.
