Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση
Με χρέωσε μηχανή αντί για αυτοκίνητο και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο πλοίο, δεν έκανε αλλαγή εισιτηρίου για την επόμενη μέρα και αναγκαστικά να μεταφέρω το εισιτήριο μου την μεθεπόμενη με χρέωση έξτρα12 ευρώ και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών καθόλου. Χάλια.ψευδεις πληροφορίες και παραπλάνηση.

A great app (nisea) got destroyed with this idiotic update. So many problems and really hard to use. A real disappointment. -1 Bad bad bad bad. Waited a month for an update to no avail. Bad bad sad sad deleted

It’s the most straight forward and user friendly booking app I have ever used! Especially if you’re booking a multi-stop trip!
Just what you need
Great app, just what you need to book tickets and check schedules. Love that you can see in real time the position of the ship you are waiting for and when i had an issue with one of my tickets the customer support resolved it in less than 24hours. I recommend it 100%
