Με χρέωσε μηχανή αντί για αυτοκίνητο και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο πλοίο, δεν έκανε αλλαγή εισιτηρίου για την επόμενη μέρα και αναγκαστικά να μεταφέρω το εισιτήριο μου την μεθεπόμενη με χρέωση έξτρα12 ευρώ και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών καθόλου. Χάλια.ψευδεις πληροφορίες και παραπλάνηση.
Αμεσότητα στην επικοινωνία και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση σε αίτημά μου !

A great app (nisea) got destroyed with this idiotic update. So many problems and really hard to use. A real disappointment. -1 Bad bad bad bad. Waited a month for an update to no avail. Bad bad sad sad deleted

It’s the most straight forward and user friendly booking app I have ever used! Especially if you’re booking a multi-stop trip!
Great app, just what you need to book tickets and check schedules. Love that you can see in real time the position of the ship you are waiting for and when i had an issue with one of my tickets the customer support resolved it in less than 24hours. I recommend it 100%

I have been using Nisea for 2 years now. I book all my sea travel (boat) tickets with you since you have everything done so easy for us. We pay the tickets, receive them on the wallet app, we check in for our trip and receive the e-ticket, (even do the COVID questionnaire via the app). If we want to change our ticket (cancel it for a full refund or change it for a different destination) we just make a request via the app and you guys accommodate all of our needs with no fee. I have never seen that transparency in other organisations. Even if it is a last minute change (4 hours until departure) then you give us 50% of the ticket value back to us, which is great. Super satisfied with the app and the customer service, thanks for replying immediately to all my ticket request changes and for finally creating a platform that makes our island hoping in Greece so effortless.
