Was charged for a prime membership and didn’t apply for one.
Trying to cancel a charge on my credit card. I did not apply for a prime membership and trying to get in touch with someone to cancel is difficult. I bought a short flight from them and then a month later was charged a membership fee I did not agree to.
Don’t use this app
Even if it looks cheaper, don’t buy anything through this company, they are just good at taking your money and actually don’t provide any service. I DONT RECOMMAND AT ALL
Mauvais service et dit que je n’ai jamais appeler
Mauvais service et mentionne que je n’ai jamais appeler auparavant. Service fait pour vous charger même quand vous annuler votre abonnement. Quand il vous charge et que vous les contactées il mentionne n’avoir jamais reçu d’appel pour le compte associée très mauvais service. Même en leur expliquant la seule chose qui disent en continue est que ces impossible et que vous n’avez pas appeler.
