Opodo: Book Flight Tickets

First of all, the information about how easy it is to do online check-in from opodo flight is not so true. I wasn't able to do it at all. And to make it even worse, I was not able to do online checkin for my connection flight which ticket I got from opodo. So I had to leave the terminal area to do manual checkin and then pass the security control twice. The invoice which was sent by opodo doesn’t include the travel insurance which I also bought from opodo. When I called the help center the only answer was that it is possible to get the invoice from our website or if you wish they could send it for 10eur. Even tho I mentioned that I have the invoice, got it from their web but the issue is it is not complete, it is missing insurence line.
