Opodo: Book cheap flights

People in the USA should not use this application and website. As far as I can tell, everything is based on the UK market. They charge me $60 extra for the exchange rate.

This app is a scam. I’ve been in contact with Apple and will be getting all fake reviews removed, and this app will most likely be taken off IOS. I’m also taking legal actions against this app. You buy insurance so you can change your travel, all listed at zero charge… then they charge you more than a new ticket. They also claim you can’t be refunded for cancellation…. But when you contact the airline, the airline informs you that is all a lie If you bought through this app, expect full refunds in the future. I’m doing everything in my power to make that happen

I bought two tickets but had to reschedule. I canceled the tickets from the flight company, the company said they had return the refund to the platform where I booked it. But Opodo said they would not return it to me. Never will use this app again.

This company has made unauthorized charges to 3 of my credit cards multiple times within a 6 month period. Do not do business with this company. They also falsely advertise the prime member benefits. Very fraudulent company.

I’m using Opodo Prime since 3 years, I booked around 15 travels and I have million story to tell about the worst customer service ever. One thing is true, they are usually the cheapest but you have to be prepared. They lie, don’t follow up, do mistake, refuse to do their job. My advice : call the company you are flying with to know your rights and the exact conditions of your booking and then call Opodo. Don’t give up, you have to insist. Good luck. Now I pay few $ more by booking directly with flying company but that changed my life. Never forget : we can’t expect a full service when we book low coast but we always deserve respect, truthful and the service we are paying for.

They won’t let me cancel my Prime subscription. I am in the US, i cannot call their so called “toll free number” and they won’t let me cancel via chat. LIKE WHY MAKE IT SO COMPLICATED TO CANCEL??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’ve been trying to cancel my menbership activated by mistake and I don’t get any support. Never answer my email. I tried to reset my password and I don’t receive the links. I feels this company is a scam.
