This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They cancel my order refills when I’m out of medication and the refill dates do not hit in time to allow the dosages to meet. My wife’s refills continually get denied for needing “prior authorization”, which her doctor provides again and again with no success. Not sure what they do with them. We try asking customer service but they don’t know anything and the pharmacists are unreachable. I would recommend using a pharmacy you can visit in person. It’s much faster and easier to work face-to-face with a pharmacist than spend hours on the phone, which negates any time saved by delivery. The company is a great idea but it’s implementation has failed.
Used to be good, but..
..with the makeover they did with this app, all my medication, payment method, etc. are completely GONE.
It’s either a bug in the system or OptumRx wiped all my info. All I have left is my email (linked to OptumRx).
PLEASE fix your app, I need to be able to order refills of my medicine online.

Amazing simplicity
Amazing simplicity and service. When I see a prescription is low, I log in (with face recognition on my iPhone), and in under a minute I’m finished. I’ve used Optum for at least two years now, and found it always reliably on time.

OptumRx mail order pharmacy and associates are always most willing to help me with refills. If I request another Customer Service representative they transfer me right to the rep. Good team.
Only problem is sometimes with OptumRx rep dialect. But, if I need help, they will transfer me.
