Super user friendly app, I love that it gives a brief “when to use” section under each of the session descriptions. Very helpful for choosing to fit your needs. Love the way you feel during and after each session. Puts me in a better mood, and can be more productive and relaxed at the same time!
I’ve made connections with myself inwardly before receiving the SoundBed. But just like this system and device amplifies the right frequencies with the right vibrations, I’m seeing that connection with my own emotional state and Self amplified too. It makes sense. It makes perfect sense to me. Feeling this and setting the intention for an experience and expansion of myself to be made available to me. The self connection is so important to me and it’s being felt and seen more than in my meditative experiences.
