OPUS Connect

I ordered a soundbed in December 2023 with an expected delivery date of March-April 2024. It’s now November, and I’m still waiting. Despite numerous emails assuring me that the delays are due to manufacturing equipment issues, there’s been no concrete progress or clear timeline provided. Each update feels like an attempt to keep me waiting indefinitely. I paid for a product that has yet to be delivered, and at this point, it feels less like a delay and more like I’ve been misled. Why I’m charged $256 without any information or consent l, I was downloading the application to see how it works, and I got charged. There is no phone number or way contact then, and through Apple there is nothing to do, for them does not appear. How do I get my money back?

App has crashed again, have had multiple issues with this. Love the Soundbed when it works. It is extremely heavy and weighs more than I do, so the ‘ease’ of folding it up is not possible. After another significant crash last night, I’m back to wanting to get rid of this thing.

Super user friendly app, I love that it gives a brief “when to use” section under each of the session descriptions. Very helpful for choosing to fit your needs. Love the way you feel during and after each session. Puts me in a better mood, and can be more productive and relaxed at the same time!

I’ve made connections with myself inwardly before receiving the SoundBed. But just like this system and device amplifies the right frequencies with the right vibrations, I’m seeing that connection with my own emotional state and Self amplified too. It makes sense. It makes perfect sense to me. Feeling this and setting the intention for an experience and expansion of myself to be made available to me. The self connection is so important to me and it’s being felt and seen more than in my meditative experiences. Having this Opus SoundBed has also opened up connections with others in the holistic health and wellness community.
