Biggest Thieves

My husband passed from cancer last year so there is one less person in my household right now! I work 10-12 hour days, I’m never home! My bill is SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than it was when my husband was here with me and we were home all the time!!! I guess my dogs must be throwing some crazy house parties while I’m out! No one from O&R can explain it but I’m tired of the high bills that I can’t afford, I’m in the process of starting an investigation because this is outrageous! I also have new appliances so I don’t want to hear that excuse and I have all LED light bulbs

It’s is so easy to pay your bill online. No fuss works in an expedient manner.

The app is ok besides the fact that I have to use an iPhone app on my iPad.

I think this is a terrific app however, the only thing I find to be somewhat annoying is that you have to log in and then log out and then log again for the facial recognition to work. Otherwise it’s fine. Thank you.

This app has been having issues. I’m unable to log into my account to pay my bill or view my balance.. it’s been months now with issues…I just now deleted it…because when I open it, it’s frozen not loading, not going anywhere, not doing anything..
