Great product, very bad client relationships
I preordered and paid the Gen 3 ring in 2021, Oura said they could not deliver to Russia. I suggested an alternative address in UK, Oura said it was not possible to change. I asked for refund Oura said they can not refund to the Russian card that was used for payment. I provided an alternative card for refund - no reply. It is a shame that people who develop such good products for the sake of humanity behave like scammers. I wonder if I ever get my ring when the sanctions are lifted😁
