I frequently order online so my food will be ready when I get to the restaurant, but more often than not, it’s not ready. Meanwhile they are calling out order numbers for people that just walked in. Today I went to the counter when it was 10 minutes past my pickup time. My food was ready but hadn’t been put in the pickup area.

No rewards stinks since most places give rewards Also can't use free fries on app, only in person

What’s the use of the app if you can’t earn points for rewards? Basically useless besides ordering online. I even see people who order online are complaining. Waste of space on your phone. Deleted. Let me know when you can earn rewards. People spend a lot of money to NOT get anything back. 😒

Got a promo for free fries, downloaded app to use it for the first time to try and take advantage of the deal. Just get error code “error validating basket” and it doesn’t change the price. Only reason to use the app since they don’t have an actual rewards program is broken.

The fries were great as usual. The cheeseburger was the most tasteless burger I have ever had. Very disappointing that it wasn’t the quality of P. Terrys in Austin. The employee at the window had no personality and I don’t think she even knew someone was driving the car to get the order she was sticking out the window.

P. Terry’s is perfect no criticism there. This review is about the app. Been using this app for a couple years now. It’s ok. I like that I can save my favorite orders, but I also have a few qualms. 1.Location selection: the app should automatically expect that I’m ordering from the previous location instead of making me enter it in. 2. Location search would also be a lot more useful with a map option on the home page - the current map function is buried under the “locations” section and even then it’s a very poorly designed user experience since the map doesn’t show all the locations to zoom in on. 3. I feel teased by the coupon code field. I have never ever come across a coupon code for P. Terry's and I doubt they ever have offered them. 4. I would certainly be enticed to order more often if the app included a rewards program for frequent purchases.

They always forget my drinks and the only way to reach is via phone call to the store directly. It’s inconvenient during work hours and not very helpful. I don’t think I’ll be using the app anymore.

Why bother. I’d rather use my chip in store. Apple Pay would have saved me a couple minutes and been worth the app, which was fine up til I got to payment.

The new “are you human” verification is terrible, unless you like doing it over and over and it still doesn’t work

P Terrys fries are the best food ever invented. That’s just a fact. But the app. 😬 It causes mass confusion every time - where it should be picked up (can I get it at the drive-thru or have to walk in?), is it ready on time or do I have to wait 15 min longer than those in line, etc. We come here way too much already but if the app worked as well as ChickFilA’s we’d be here even more - paying in advance is so nice, plus a Rewards Program would go a long way!!
