There is no way to cancel an order once it is placed. It seems that it is very complicated when you try to place an order, it isn’t user friendly. I also don’t get notification until after I get my order that my order is ready. The instructions that I put on the order the kitchen doesn’t always follow it.

It’s not very obvious how to change the pickup time. When confirming the order there should be an option to choose when to pick it up. I called the restaurant immediately after placing my order to tell them I wanted to pick it up later, but it was too late. The kitchen had already begun to prepare it.

App said 30 minutes. It has been 55 and I am starving. To my utter chagrin I could not find a way to track the order.

Even if it supported auto-fill (which it doesn’t), I wouldn’t use this app. Had my order ready to go…and placed an order somewhere else instead.

Once you place your order your order status is sent into outer space. You can’t track your order and have no way of knowing. What’s the point of sharing your number then? Food sits out because you don’t know when the food is coming. For a place to be so pricey you would think that they could figure out how to add a tracking feature.

This app keeps crashing on the home page with no option to navigate anything to anywhere, regardless of whether I delete and reinstall it or not. I can’t even log in on your webpage as a backup plan..

Had to wait for half an hour.

Normally apps are way faster and convenient compared to a website, not true here. This app takes much longer to load, doesn't allow automatically entering credit card information, and failed to check out multiple times. I gave up and used the website, 15 seconds later my order was placed. Don't bother with this app.

I have a profile but went to Pacific catch as a walk-in and ordered about $80 worth of food and I’m unable to log any reward points doing a walk in. Also I can’t modify my picture on my profile as it appears in my iPhone. The app appears to use the original photo and not the post-edited photo that’s viewable on an iPhone.
