This app and pacific power are both awful. I look forward to resetting my password every single month when I go to pay my bill. FJB

Terrible app! Useless!!! Will not allow sign in!!! Will not allow using facial recognition!!! Will not allow typing in of password, as "find password" covers where you would type in a password!!! What is wrong with your app design crew? You make this app appear to be fake or compromised!

what is the point of the facial ID feature when I have to login with my username and password every time???? this drives me nuts and on top of that my iPhone doesn’t even remember the password

Never work. A new upgraded app is very needed.

Worst company ever. If you want to get bent over and destroyed use them.

The Face ID keeps resetting and requires the user to set up during every login. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. But the settings keep getting reset.

Useless app. Just go to the website.

SO MANY ISSUES! Data usage doesn’t work! Biometrics don’t work, you have to sign in wi to your psw EVERY time! Just try posting a comment, you can’t get out of that back to your account, & there isn’t a “post” button!

“To continue using biometrics, please sign in again.” Every month. I only open the app once a month. Yeah, it’s a mild inconvenience, but why even offer the feature if it’s not going to be a feature.
