Ideally, do not provide your email address and use the hide email service from Apple or other disposable addresses. I have been harassed by the Palladium Hotel Group for months. I already had to file a request for deletion of my data under the EU Data Protection Act. Despite the confirmation that all my data was deleted, I am still being harassed. Furthermore, I had to file a complaint with the data protection authority. Your data is not safe here!
The map is nice but details of activities and the schedule is not good. It’s really the worst app I have had to use for a family vacation.
We reserve spot for 5:30 and restaurant said they do not see our reserve spot
Just checked in today (10/11/2024), and my room was assigned under a different name, which took about 45 minutes to sort out. While waiting, I did not receive a welcome drink. When the room was finally assigned, we had to request a butler and didn't get a tour of the property until I mentioned it. The light switches in the room don’t work, and the fridge doesn’t get cold. For the price I paid, I definitely could have stayed somewhere better. This place is far from 5-star or luxury. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my dog.
We loved our stay at the Grand Palladium! The friendly staff, (such as Dayna, Carlos, Tennille,even Richard the Gardner who gave us a bouquet of flowers made from trimming bushes etc!!) lovely clean rooms, amenities, food including room service, I could go on and on!! Loved it!

DO NOT GO TO THE PALLADIUM HOTEL AND SPA IN JAMICA. I HAD WORST TIME
The food has been inedible. Even basic dishes taste disgusting -peas stew was sour, garlic bread was small, burnt and cheese tasted like cheese wiz, pepperoni on pizza had a weird smell. I would not recommend and I regret spending my money to stay here.
Beautiful resort Food is good to great Plenty of pools Beaches clean All staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy Will most definitely return
This place is tranquil. A soothing place to stay and enjoy a free dram place. Beautiful people
