Not a good app
The map is nice but details of activities and the schedule is not good. It’s really the worst app I have had to use for a family vacation.
Reject prior reserve spot
We reserve spot for 5:30 and restaurant said they do not see our reserve spot
Worst experience ever
Just checked in today (10/11/2024), and my room was assigned under a different name, which took about 45 minutes to sort out. While waiting, I did not receive a welcome drink. When the room was finally assigned, we had to request a butler and didn't get a tour of the property until I mentioned it. The light switches in the room don’t work, and the fridge doesn’t get cold. For the price I paid, I definitely could have stayed somewhere better. This place is far from 5-star or luxury. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my dog.
Amazing vacation!
We loved our stay at the Grand Palladium! The friendly staff, (such as Dayna, Carlos, Tennille,even Richard the Gardner who gave us a bouquet of flowers made from trimming bushes etc!!) lovely clean rooms, amenities, food including room service, I could go on and on!! Loved it!

Terrible Food!
The food has been inedible. Even basic dishes taste disgusting -peas stew was sour, garlic bread was small, burnt and cheese tasted like cheese wiz, pepperoni on pizza had a weird smell. I would not recommend and I regret spending my money to stay here.
